How It Works

Advanced Skiers

On your first experience of going on our slope, you will find the sensation strange to begin with but eventually you’ll be linking controlled parallel turns as if you were on snow!

How many times have you come to a stop on the slopes in the mountains and accelerated back to the top instead? Never, we assume. The slope takes a little getting used to, we have proudly helped coach many high-level competitive skiers. All of whom also had to go into a snow plough first to get used to the concept of the carpet but eventually repeated the same drills as they would if they were out training for a big race in resort.

  • All of our sessions include a maximum ratio of 2:1
  • Every session is private for up to two people.
  • The price is per session, not per participant. If two people share a session, do be aware that it works better with two people of similar ability on the slope at the same time.
  • Intermediates can learn to carve turns and get snow fit before a holiday.
  • Experts can finesse technique using video analysis and Carv technology.
  • You don’t waste any time getting back up the mountain so you learn faster!

Beginners

Our slope is great for beginners too.

You will be able to learn the basics in a condensed session that would normally take an entire day! We’ve had people bypass the nursery slopes instantly on their second day in the mountains.

This means more skiing with the people you have gone with!

Did You Know?

Did You Know?

There are only three revolving ski slopes in the UK, but in the Netherlands, where the concept started twenty years ago, there are over fifty indoor ski centres with over 150 slopes.

  • One hour at full speed is the equivalent of skiing from the top of Everest to sea level and takes about 1,800 turns!
  • On a dry ski slope you spend approximately ten seconds going down and three minutes getting back up the slope.
  • In a ski resort, for every minute of skiing you will spend five minutes on a lift.
  • Turning is learning. We give you more turns per pound £.
